Lacee Lindemuth, LMT
Lacee began her career in health and wellness as a nursing assistant, where she worked in surgery, labor & delivery, and with COVID-19 patients at the height of the pandemic. It was in this setting that Lacee came to understand the value of seeing each person as a whole and unique individual, and in the power of communication and mutual respect between client and practitioner. Her desire to align her work with her ever-growing feelings about the importance of holistic wellness inspired her to pursue her massage education at the Ashland Institute of Massage.
In her sessions, Lacee utilizes a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, cupping therapy, and targeted trigger point & deep tissue work. She is passionate about helping her clients to regain mobility and functionality so that they can live their most fulfilling life and continue to do the things they love. A lifelong athlete, she has a special interest in working with other athletes through all phases of training and recovery, and plans to pursue additional training in sports massage.
In her free time Lacee enjoys hiking, skiing, pilates/yoga, weight training, gardening, and spending lots of quality time with her husband and friends.
Lacee holds her license and insurance in the state of Oregon LMT #28416
