Cancellation Policy

Please give a 2 day notice to change or cancel your appointment. Remember that you are ultimately responsible for your appointments. Confirmation text or calls are a courtesy not a guarantee.

To avoid charges, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours or no show for your appointment you will owe 100% of the cost of the services scheduled. If your insurance normally covers your massage and you give less than 24 hour notice or no show, we will not bill your insurance, therefore you will owe the at time of service rate for your missed session. 

Our cancellation policy provides fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session. As a courtesy to everyone, we thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session and the full amount will be owed. 

 

We understand that emergencies happen and in cases such as illness, sick children, or other unavoidable emergencies there will be no charge.
