With background knowledge in kinesiology, physical therapy and clinical orthopedic care, Jamie is eager to contribute to your healing process. Learning one’s own body is a lifelong journey and Jamie understands the importance of not only reducing aches and pains but looking to the source to prevent them whenever possible. It is her passion to empower all people with knowledge about their bodies and how to take an active role in their own healing.
Specializing in rehabilitation massage, instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization, cupping, and muscle energy techniques, Jamie is able to incorporate a well-rounded treatment that is specific to each client’s needs. She looks forward to assisting you in meeting your health and wellness goals.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys cooking, reading, and being outside in the sun. She also loves spending time with her husband dancing, hiking, and visiting local wineries.
